SCHOOL CHOICE DISCUSSION

For any and all information related to this topic and discussion, please CLICK HERE.

SCHOOL CLOSING INFORMATION

The time is approaching when inclement weather may become an issue. Star of Bethlehem will always follow the New Berlin School District with school cancellations due to weather or bussing issues, late starts, or early dismissals. If New Berlin closes, so does Star. We may still, however, post Star of Bethlehem’s status on TV (WISN12 and TMJ4) and online at WISN.com and tmj4.com. We will also use this communication tool for after school activity cancellations. If there is early dismissal, we will follow the directions provided on the school registration form and either send your child home on the bus or keep your child in Extended Care until he or she can be picked up. If you do not remember which you stated, please call the office at 262-786-2901.

KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT FOR THE 2019-2020 SCHOOL YEAR

Kindergarten Open House and Registration is on Wednesday, Jan. 30 from 3:30-5:00pm. If you have any questions, please stop in the school office, call us at 262-786-2901, or contact our Kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Aldinger, at baldinger@starofbethlehem.org.

Parent teacher conferences will be held this week Tuesday, Jan. 22 through Thursday, Jan. 24. If you would like to set up a conference time, please contact your child's teacher.

MATH TRACK COACHES NEEDED

Volunteers are needed to help coach our Math Track teams (grades 5-6 and 7-8) this year. Practices will take place for an hour after school once or twice a week for a month, starting early February.

MILK MOOLA FUNDRAISER

Over the last several months, we discovered that the cost to administer the Milk Moola program has outweighed the dollars Kwik Trip directly funded to help the participants. Because of this, we have made the decision to end the program. Please bring any remaining milk caps by Sunday, Mar. 31.

BOX TOPS CONTEST: ALL IN FOR 100!

We are challengin every family to bring in 100 Box Tops on the 100th day of school (Tuesday, Feb. 5). Have more than that? Great! Have less? That's okay, too! Bring in what you have and be sure to label it by grade (for families with kids in multiple grades, feel free to split your submission up evenly) as the classes will be competing for a grand prize! The grade that submits the most Box Tops on this 100th day will win $100 to be used to buy something fun and educational for the classroom.
